Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. All meals throughout the day are included in your ticket. This includes light snacks on arrival, lunch, an afternoon snack, and a post-Summit dinner with complimentary drinks. Coffee and water will be available throughout the day.
Is the dinner and Awards included in the ticket?
Yes. Your Summit ticket includes access to the dinner and Awards ceremony in the evening.
Will the agenda and speakers be announced in advance?
Yes. A detailed agenda and speaker lineup will be shared in the coming months.
Is there space to work or take calls during the event?
Yes. If you need to take a work call or step away for a meeting, you can use Sentralen Kafeteria, which is connected to the venue.
Will the Summit be recorded or streamed?
No. The Nordic Procurement Summit is designed as an in-person experience. Being present allows for more open conversations, better networking, and honest discussions that don’t always translate well on camera.
Who is the Summit for?
The Summit is designed for procurement leaders, category managers, analysts, and professionals working across procurement, risk, and supplier management.
Can I attend with my team?
Yes. We offer team admission with early-bird pricing for organizations attending together. It’s a great way to align, learn, and bring insights back as a group.
What language will the Summit be held in?
To bring the Nordic procurement community together across borders, all on-stage content will be in English. This allows both local and international attendees to take part in the full program.
